This site has a secured and extremely sophistocated, role-based, transactional
interface with PeopleSoft for self-directed processing of the following
HR functions for managers and employees: payroll, benefits administration,
executive/managerial reporting, hiring/termination, visa administration,
open enrollment, company policy selections, employee handbooks and all
personal info and W-2 changes. To get a glimpse check out the demo
link on the home page. If you really just have to drill down inside, email
me and I'll get you a set of passwords.
I established and chaired the cross-functional team that conducted the
business analysis, prioritized implementation phases and deployed this
new product. Additionally, I conducted the Alpha & Beta usability testing
and wrote much of the technical specifications for adapting the Concur
middleware to business needs. I received the company's Managerial Excellence
recognition for my role.
Just prior to that, I was responsible for the overhaul of the company's
brand idenity and positioning that you see integrated throughout the public
and secured sections of this site. I was soley responsible for the development
of TriNet's public/marketing site from 1997-1999 where much of the content
and site structure you seen now began. From 1999-2001 I was fortunate
enough to have a superlative staff leverage our new identity throughout
the site and all of our marketing and service lines.

Crazy S Ranch
My friend hired me to design this quick-and-dirty, brochureware site for
her free-range, organic lamb ranch.

Wirless Harbor (logo development)
During financial
and business consulting for Wireless Harbor, I developed logo designs
that would stand out as "slicker", but not out of context with
the logos of their marine industry partners and create some general style
guidelines. This the the stylesheet for the design they chose out of nine
spec designs presented. They have yet to implement the new brand identity
as they are await funding.

Love Tatseena! This woman turned me on to YOGA! Bless you girlfriend.
This is the first site I hand coded without any assistance. It was a little
ambitious for my first attempt. What made this site successful was knowing
the target audience. Users are typically on dial-up connections and ancient,
gerbil powered browsers. I spared slick graphic buttons to save bandwidth
for photos and stayed with html text links and headlines. I also took
care to balance the volume of text and column width for easy reading (unlike
this site). Feedback has been fabulous, and easily compares to the top
10% of Middle Eastern dance sites.
